Terms & Conditions

Section 1. General Policy

    • Please read everything carefully
    • Please order responsibly.
    • Please do not submit an order if you are not 10001% sure of purchasing and are unable to pay on or before the payment deadline.
    • For buyers below 18 years old, please make sure that your parents are well-informed of your orders. We will not be accepting cancellations due to the lack of parents' consent on your purchases.
    • If you have any questions, leave a message via DM with your invoice code and/or concern. Please ask politely, rude customers will be blocked.
    • There may be changes on the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Section 2. Customer Information

    • All personal information collected will be kept confidential and will follow the Policy of Data Privacy Act of 2012.
    • Double-check all your details and make sure that they are up to date. We are not liable for any wrong information provided that will cause problems upon shipping and other problems that it may encounter.
    • For shipping details, please enter your address completely in order (Apartment/Building/Room No., Street, Barangay, City, Province).
    • You may request to update your information by sending us a message as long as it is not yet under for shipping process.

 

Section 3. Products

    • Pre-order Items
          • All pre-order items are official. These are ordered from official sites such as Ktown4u, SMTOWN, Hottracks, Mu-mo Shop, and QQ.
          • All items are sealed unless stated otherwise. We are not liable if the item/s you have received has a missing component/s for sealed items. These are manufacture defects and you may try to contact the distributor of each item for complaints.
          • Each item have a different release date, these are stated in the description of each item
          • All are under normal ETA. It usually takes at least 4-8 weeks after its departure from South Korea if no delays. We are not liable for any delay in the shipping before it arrives at our PH address.
          • Toben Shoppe will keep you updated from time to time or you may check our mass updates on Twitter. #TobenShoppe_Update.
          • Before successfully placing an order, make sure that all the items, versions, and quantity you chose are correct.
          • We ask for your patience, if not willing to wait, you may continue not ordering from the shop.
    • Onhand Items
        • All items are in good condition unless stated otherwise.

        • Before successfully placing an order, make sure that all the items, versions, and quantity you chose are correct.

Section 4. Payment

      • All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the items become unavailable or out of stock.
      • Payments made in advance for local shipping fees are not recognized and are non-refundable.
      • Please pay on or before the payment deadline.
      • A penalty fee of P20 per day (maximum of 5 days after the payment deadline) will apply for an overdue balance.
      • Failure to comply will be posted as a BOGUS BUYER and will be blocked from any further transactions.
      • GCASH numbers of the admins are for payment transactions ONLY. Calling or texting us through our numbers will result in the cancellation of orders.

      • Combined Shipping
          • For CS(Combined Shipping) requests, please fill out this form
          • For onhand items, CS is allowed only in the same batch, otherwise no CS.
          • For pre-order items, CS is allowed only if the items arrive at the same time at our PH address, otherwise, no CS.
      • Order Status
          • Once the order status is changed to “Processing” it means packed and is scheduled to be shipped.

      Section 6. Delivery Schedule

        • Pre-order Items
              • We don't accept requests for advance shipment.
              • These will be shipped once they have arrived at our PH address.
              • An email will be sent informing you that your item/s has arrived and is now waiting for shipment. This contains the estimated LSF for your order and the ship-out schedule.
              • There may be delays in shipping if in case of personal emergency matters. Rest assured that all paid orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
        • Onhand Items
            • We don't accept requests for advance shipment.
            • Onhand items that are under the sale promo are usually shipped 1-3 weeks, unless stated otherwise, after the payment deadline for each batch.
            • Onhand items that are not on sale are shipped at least one week after payment is recognized.
            • There may be delays in shipping if in case of personal emergency matters. Rest assured that all paid orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

      Section 7. Cancellation & Changing of Orders

        • Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS and NO CHANGING of orders.
        • If cancellation is insisted, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total due will apply for PRE-ORDER ITEMS and 25% of the total due for ONHAND ITEMS.
        • Changing the album version is allowed provided that the album details are not released on the first day of pre-order but are released before the order deadline. Notice will be provided for this case.
        • Failure to comply will be posted as a BOGUS BUYER and will be blocked from any further transactions.

       

      Section 8. Refunds & Returns

          • Customers should check their order/s immediately after receiving and take an uncut unboxing video (from start to end).

      Note: NO PROOF = INVALID CLAIM

        • In case of product defects such as minor dents, scratches, and discoloration are not eligible for exchange or return
        • The Toben Shoppe is not legible for any issues caused by the third-party courier.
        • Should there be any issues that are not mentioned above, please do inform us by filling this form immediately.
        • We can only accommodate issues with at most 1 week after receiving the parcel.
        • Common claims
              • RTS (Returned to Sender)
              • The customer will have to pay the local shipping fee again for it to be reshipped.
                After reshipped, if the parcel is subjected to RTS again, the order will then be canceled.


                • Incomplete component and/or item
                • The shop is not liable for any missing component/s for a sealed item.
                  The missing component and/or item will be shipped along with your next order.


                • Wrong item/s received
                • Please do not open the sealed item/s. You will be charged with the album's original price if opened.
                  Keep the bubble wrap, to pack the wrong item safely when shipped back to the shop.
                  The correct item will be shipped along with your next order.
